These experiences are critical for students’ success in postsecondary STEM programs, career readiness and ability to obtain high wage, high demand jobs. The Internship Program affords students an opportunity to develop real-world workforce experience by placing them in professional environments, with the support of ongoing training in all areas of employment.

- Wrap-around services that (1) prepare students before they begin their internships, (2) support them while on-site, and (3) provide structure to transform their work experience into one that positions them well to secure future employment;
- Ongoing support and guidance to the partner organizations;
- Multiple work training opportunities by offering internships to students in 9th through 12th grade.
